Report Criteria Panel

The Report Criteria panel on the Utilization Summary screen is used to enter criteria for the Utilization Summary report.

The Report Criteria panel displays on the Utilization Summary screen. To access the Utilization Summary screen, click the (More) icon and then click the Utilization Summary link.

To request the report, make entries in the fields on this panel and click the RUN button. The Report Results panel displays with the report.

The following items are available in the Report Criteria panel.

Date: Select the date range during which employees' usage of the XtreamService application should be reviewed. Click the (Down Arrow) icon to display a list of valid entries. When a date range is selected, the corresponding dates are automatically entered in the From Date field and the To Date field. Alternatively, select Custom Date Range to manually enter a date range in the From Date field and the To Date field.

From Date: Select the beginning date in a range of dates during which employees' usage of the XtreamService application should be reviewed. When this field is accessed, a calendar displays, where a date can be selected. If a date range is selected in the Date field, the corresponding date is automatically entered in this field.

Note - When changes are made to the From Date field, the entry in the Date field automatically updates to Custom Date Range.

To Date: Select the ending date in a range of dates during which employees' usage of the XtreamService application should be reviewed. When this field is accessed, a calendar displays, where a date can be selected. If a date range is selected in the Date field, the corresponding date is automatically entered in this field.

Note - When changes are made to the To Date field, the entry in the Date field automatically updates to Custom Date Range.
